Fort Meyer Beach

This is painful to look at this pictures!  It is currently 16 degrees (the high) outside (with a low of 4 degrees)!!!  I want to be back on the beach.  The 80 degrees.  And the sand.  And the sun.  

Here are a few of my favorite pictures...

I loved, loved loved the sunsets---

This was taken only a few steps away from our hotel.  The hotel was perfect location in town, on the beach, and close to lots of places to eat.  It was perfect!

Then, the first full day there, we set up a dolphin tour by boat with Good Time Charter.  Cheryl & I had a blast!!!  We happen to be the only people on the boat, so we had extra special treatment.  I had fun taking pictures.

The sky was beautiful....

The dolphins were amazing...

The dolphins were just amazing!  Loved watching them jump out of the water and swim around.

Then we went to a beach...this was the view when we pulled up on boat...

 Beautiful!

Then, we were searching for shells on the beach and just enjoying the nice warm sun, and my Starbucks...I could have gotten used to that....

We found a ton of awesome shells, but nothing compares to this amazing conch shell.  It was still alive...

Cheryl & I had so much fun!  We had fun from the moment we saw each other in the airport from when we said good-bye in the airport.  It was so great to get away for a long weekend.  But it was good to see the boys too.  I missed them!

Ahhh, the beach & warmness...

The beach sounds wonderful right now...

Too bad these were taken this summer when we were back in Washington.  The weather is cool here, highs of 60's, which sounds nice, but it is COLD!  So, I enjoyed looking through these beachy pictures and the kids had SO much fun....

They had so much fun!  Which also got me thinking about Seattle and just how much I miss it.  So, here are a couple Seattle pictures from my trip that I just love....

Good thing I am going back for a visit soon :-)  I am so excited!

The Beach!

Yes, I am still going through Washington photos!  There are still tons left!  But these are some of my favorite!!!  We had planned on meeting my sister-in-law Amy and Chris' cousin Megan and taking all the kiddos to the beach!  Let me first tell you that this beach was not sandy, it was more like mud.  But since this was the very first time the boys had been to any beach, they could care less!  All the kids had a blast!  They got very muddy, but it was worth it!

Ahh, fun times!  So fun for all the cousins to play together.  (Lily was very out-numbered 5 boys to just her.)  And the one you can't see in the pictures was the super cute tiny little baby Landon.  He was only a couple of weeks old when we met him.  He was precious!  And I got a little cuddling in, which made me very happy!  We all had fun at the beach.  And we collected lots of sand dollars too ;-)  And a few shells.  I had fun!

The Beach

The boys enjoyed their very first trip to the beach last week. We found a few shells, some sand dollars, and got super dirty. The weather was perfect and we had a blast. The cousins had fun playing together.
